"Thomas Leary Rockford, Illinois. Als jongeling studeerde hij muziek aan het plaatselijke college in Milton, Wisconsin. En als een gevolg daarvan belandde hij in de ons totaal onbekende rockgroep Wheezer Lockinger. Een groep waarmee hij aantrad met groten als Fleetwood Mac, The Grateful Dead, Humble Pie en REO Speedwagon, om er maar een paar te noemen. Later verliet hij de groep om een carrière als soloartiest na te jagen. Daartoe stampte hij ondermeer zijn eigen label Mule Dog Records uit de grond. En daarop verscheen zopas zijn derde album “TL3”.
