Welcome Melanie
Courter, a Southern Illinois youngster whose singing career is deservedly
taking off. She has been singing since the age of 5 while attending her
father's band rehearsals. At 9 she was singing in the Club Mirazh for
tips! At age 13 she formed her own band called the “Total Eclipse”
and was performing weekends. She won 3rd place at her first Musical Entertainers
competition at the Marion County Fair. At Age 14 she auditioned and was
hired as a lead singer for the well-known band “Southern Edge”.
She's performed in Nashville at Tootsies, Legends, Stages, Roberts, Nashville
Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, Fiddle and Steel, and Lonnies. She has a really
nice Country voice and knows how to pick her material. Her new "Someday"
CD is very well produced by Jeff Allen, independent label producer with
Jamworks. When you listen to her album you'll see the sky is the limit
for this up and coming young country singer.
